Introducing a new series for brand-new readers! Each slipcase includes two 16-page paperback books, both on an adorable character who will keep appearing in future First Friends titles. These books are not phonics-based, but have only about a sentence per page, and–most importantly–deliver short, funny stories that really make reading fun. Far simpler than Level 1 All Aboard Reading books, far simpler even than Picture Readers, this new series is perfect for very young children who are ready to try their reading wings.
