Returning Items Bought from Childrensbookstore.com

Our books ship in mint reading condition — guaranteed.
We recognize that ordering used books on the Web, sight unseen, requires trust.  If you're not satisfied, simply return the book in its original condition within two weeks of receipt, and we'll credit your account for the full amount of the title.

Please note that we do not accept returns on the following: orders for books in quantities of 10 or more (of the same title); and orders for books in quantities of 5 or more (of the same title) exceeding a sum of $300.

Returned books must be in new, unused condition.  When the return is received, you will receive credit back to the card used to purchase the books.  Please include the packing slip with your return.
